New Rise Above for Schools resources on Sleep and Wellbeing arenow available for teachers to download for free. These are the first in a series of mental health content for young people (ages 10-16).
Students are now able to explore the physical and mental benefits of sleep through a variety of fun, informative exercises including action-plan worksheets, group activities and videos co-created by young people.
